Kenneth Sherman founded Continutiy Solutions, Inc. in 1991 with offices located in central Ohio. CSI serves clients internationally, in virtually every industry and discipline. CSI works with local, state and federal government organizations, financial institutions, insurance companies, healthcare, pharmaceutical, utility companies, global manufacturing environments, wholesale distribution and more.


	Kennneth D. Sherman President and CEO of CSI. Mr. Sherman is a pioneer and leader in the disaster recovery planning industry. In the early 1970s Ken developed one of the first disaster recovery plans for a corporate data center. He later used that recovery plan when a tornado took the roof off the data center. In 1979 Ken was co-founder, Executive Vice President of HSH, Inc., a nationally known security and disaster recovery planning firm. He directed the development of many disaster recovery plans. Ken is also considered to be an expert in project management and information technology standards. Ken was President and CEO of IT consulting firms Pinnacle Technology Resources and Advanced Programming Resources. Mr. Sherman has also served as Vice President of Systems Development, Corporate Information Systems, for BancOhio Corporation and as Vice President of Information Systems for Swan Hose Division of Amerace Corporation. Mr. Sherman attended the Ohio State University and Ashland University and is a member of the Presidents Club at The Ohio State University, also a member of the Ohio Commodores.

	Michael S. Greely, Director of IT Consulting Services has over 37 years of experience in Information Technology field 25 of which has been involved with Consulting Services. Mike�s career has included responsible for recruiting management, service delivery management, and operations management. He was the former Director of Business Development for Advanced Programming Resources, Inc., former Professional Services Manager and Project Manager, also for APR. Other consulting industry experience includes service delivery management and Account management of multiple accounts. Industry experience includes; government, banking, insurance, and financial services. Before entering the consulting field Mike had previous IT programming and project management experience in various industries. Mr.Greely attended Bowling Green State University.

	Jonathan A. Sherman, Vice President and Secretary of CSI, has over 16 years of experience with client relationship management in business resumption planning and Information Technology. Jon's career began with Crisis Management, Inc. this company produced a national publication dedicated to business recovery and security and Jon attended and assisted with the industry's first trade shows. Jon has worked with hundreds of companies and government agencies regarding their business continuity planning programs. Jon keeps abreast of the latest trends in the industry and is dedicated to offering innovative products and services. Jon's background includes: management of disaster recovery/business continuity planning (DR/BCP), build-outs, documentation, recovery strategy systems design, advanced problem solving, research, project management, and site relocations. Knowledge of co-location facilities, hot-sites, call centers and other recovery facilities. Jon is dedicated to assisting organizations with understanding requirements for implementing the latest desktop, server, and storage virtualization techniques. Jon conducts educational seminars and programs for corporate and government clients concerning business continuity methodology. Jon works on Corporate Business Continuity Planning, National Incident Command System Implementation (NIMS), Incident Command Systems (ICS) COOP, COG, HIPAA research, HEICS exercise facilitation expertise. Six Sigma deployment knowledge. Mr. Sherman attended Ohio State University and Columbus State Community College.
